Terms and Conditions

1. You are participating in yoga/movement classes, workshops, and/or other wellness activities. These activities may be offered online by videos, digital media or other platforms. You recognize that these involve physical activity which may be strenuous and may cause injury. You understand that you must judge your own capabilities while participating in any said activity. By your participation in any of these activities taught at/by Grounded Grove you agree to assume all risks, injuries, damages, death, known or unknown that you may incur, including those which may result from the negligence of the school or its owner. 

2. You recognize that you must be in adequate physical and mental health to participate in these activities. You understand that these activities may require intense physical exertion, and you represent and warrant that you are physically/mentally fit enough to participate, and have no medical condition which would prevent your full participation in the activities. You recognize that the activities may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before your participation in the activities. If you have done so, you have taken your physician's advice. You understand your physical limitations and you are sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify your participation in any activity before you become injured or aggravate a pre-existing injury. 

3. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any "claim" (as defined below) you may have against Grounded Grove LLC, thegroundedgrove.com, its owner, teacher, instructor, Jacey Cox, members (each, a Released Party) that you may sustain as a result of participating in any activity at/by Grounded Grove even if the claim arises from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else. 

"Claim" includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, fees, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, personal injury, mental suffering and distress, or death that you may suffer, your spouse, children or unborn child may suffer (including any legal fees or expenses) with connection with Grounded Grove/participation in any activity. 

4. You, your heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue or assert claim against any Released Party caused by any negligence or other acts of a Released Party.

Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships/Subscriptions

1. By subscribing to Grounded Grove you are opting in for automatic renewal payments at the end of your weekly or monthly term based off your subscription choice. This means you will be charged on the same day of each month/week until canceled. 

2. You have the ability to cancel your membership/subscription at any time and will not be charged for doing so, as long as you cancel before the end of your subscription term. 

3. Monthly auto-renewals cannot be shared. You must make your own unique account to access activities/subscriptions. You cannot share an email address with friends and/or family. 

4. Grounded Grove or any Released Party is not responsible for any additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions you agreed to that lie between you and your bank. 

5. Grounded Grove reserves the right to cancel any membership.

6. Purchase of any subscription/membership/product is nonrefundable. 

7. Payment of subscription must be made in order to access Grounded Grove LLC activities.

1. All purchases are nonrefundable.

2. Grounded Grove reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Terms, Conditions and Fees are also subject to change without prior notification. 

4. All property in materials, resources and activities provided by Grounded Grove LLC via subscription/membership or website are solely owned and belonged to Grounded Grove LLC and its owner. You can only use these activities for your own personal use and cannot share with third parties.

5. The activities, materials, resources, logo, etc. provided to you may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited other than for your own personal use in accordance to these terms.

6. If you are under the age of 18 you need to have a parent or guardians consent or supervision.  

7. Grounded grove reserves the right to share reviews, photos or videos that you have tagged/shared relating to the business and its activities.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read through this agreement and fully understand its contents. You voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. You are aware that by participating in Grounded Grove LLC or its activities, you are giving up substantial rights, including your right to sue and certain legal rights your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may have against any Released Party.
